Welcome to Tabco Tech Software. By installing, accessing or using our desktop ERP application and integrated Google Drive or Google Sheets features, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

This is a legal agreement between you, the user, and Tabco Tech Software (Kishor Singh Sekhawat). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the cloud-integrated features of the software.

Tabco Tech provides a Windows-based ERP and accounting solution. We offer optional integration with Google services for backup and report export workflows.

• Google Drive: To store encrypted backups of your local accounting database.
• Google Sheets: To export GST reports, ledgers and inventory summaries for business analysis.

Our software uses Google OAuth for authentication. We do not have access to your Google password. Your use of Google services through our app is also subject to Google's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.

• Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the data entered into the ERP system.
• Account Security: You must ensure that your Google Account is secure and that you authorize only trusted devices to perform backups.
• Compliance: You must use the software in compliance with local accounting and tax laws.

Tabco Tech Software is provided "as-is." While we strive for data integrity, we are not liable for data loss caused by internet outages, Google service downtime or unauthorized access to your personal Google account.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of the software constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
